Reservation Policy

Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to and with all of our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Our business depends on advance reservations. Therefore, cancellations can be costly. Once we reserve a cabin, We remove that cabin from the market, refusing all other requests for the cabin.

The SUMMER season runs from May 15th to Sept. 15th. During the summer all reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. The Fall & Spring season runs from Sept. 15th to May 15th. We have a two-day minimum reservation requirement except for holidays, which have a three-day minimum. Fall & Spring Special your 3rd. Night is always FREE.

Shorter stays during summer season are possible. If you would like to stay LESS than a week, please check with us 14 days prior and we may have cabins still available.

Pricing is per cabin and there are no additional charges for your additional guests. We provide all linens for the standard number of people each cabin sleeps; see cabin price list description for details. All you need to bring is your POOL towel.

Upon making a reservation a deposit equal to 1/2 of your total stay plus tax is due. Boat reservations require a $50 deposit, at time of reservations. In case of CANCELLATION, deposits will be refunded ONLY upon rental of your cabin/equipment for the full time lost, less a $15 handling fee. Additional deposit required for multi cabin and group rentals.

Reservations made 60 days plus prior to arrival date, may be charged to your credit card, OR held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit. Reservations made less than 60 days to arrival date require credit card for deposit. We will confirm your reservation by mail. Check-in time is 3 PM. Check- out time is by 9AM. (Unless Previously Arranged).

The balance of unit rental is due for the total days reserved upon arrival. To avoid any misunderstanding you will be charged for the number of days you reserve, plus tax.

No refunds will be made for early departure, holiday weekend, or inclement weather, which we cannot forecast. You will be responsible for damages done by you, your family, guest, or your pet to the cabins, boats, or resort equipment.

Pets are $15 per weekend and $25 for the week by permission only. Pets are not to be left alone in cottages! We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Personal Check.
